As we are a few hours before the Resurrection of the Lord,for the Orthodox,yesterday 25-4 we had the culmination of sulphur drama.Like in every church in Greece,in Hersonissos we had the circumambulation of the Sepulchral.Lots of people followed the route through the central streets of the town and many men wanted to carry the Sepulchral(Epitafios in Greek) as the habbit says.The circumambulation of the Epitafios was accompanied by the band of the Municipality who was playing dead marches.
As every year,it was a beatifull ceremony that brought many people,locals and tourist in the Church and in the Speak of Lord...
